Standard service rates are $80.00 per hour portal to portal.
Travel expenses and the list price of any parts required will
be charged in addition to the regular service rates. There is
a minimum service charge of 4 hours ($320.00) for
all service calls. Payment terms are net 15 days from the
date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
Preventive maintenance contracts rates are determined by the quantity
of machines to be serviced as well at the frequency of visitation
required. The rate charged is based on the service provided to
the machines each visit. Payment terms are net 30 days
from the date of invoice.
These rates apply when the customer's service requirements fall
outside of normal business hours. When emergency service is required,
a premium charge of $100.00 per hour will be assessed.
Operations or maintenance training is available. Training is charged
at the same rate as standard service unless otherwise specified.
It should be noted that the training provided is of the "hands
on" variety and is always conducted at the customer's location.
The customer is responsible for plane fare, rental car, hotel
and food costs whenever out of town travel is required, unless
otherwise specified. Travel time will be charged at the regular
service rate of $80.00 per hour. If traveling locally by
car, the charge is .25 cents per mile. RPM will gladly
take customer recommendations regarding travel arrangements.
